Achan begraaft de oorlogsbuit, die bestemd was voor God, in zijn tent. Zijn familie helpt hem daarbij. Op de achtergrond slaan de Israëlieten op de vlucht voor het leger van de stad Ai. Links staat Jozua met de bevelhebberstaf in zijn hand. Onder de voorstelling een verwijzing in het Latijn naar de Bijbeltekst in Joz. 7:1. Deze prent maakt deel uit van een album.
