444 - Axe head
The tool has a massive body, gradually widening towards the curved cutting edge. The neck is rectangular and near the orifice, the sides of the axe were widened in the shape of lugs, in order to increase the stability of the handle. The axe is a carpentry-woodworking tool. Several types were found, adapted to different activities: cutting down trees or daily household works.
