436 - Axe head
The tool has a massive body, gradually thinned and widened towards the blade, which ends in a curved cutting edge. The piece has a rectangular neck, the orifice is oval and its lateral sides have been widened to form rounded lugs. The axe is a carpentry-woodworking tool. Several types were found, adapted to different activities: cutting down trees or daily household works.
