ROMAN HARNESS PENDANT
A cast copper alloy Roman harness pendant dating from the late second or third century, AD 150 - 300. It has a heart shaped upper body below which is an extension in the form of a trefoil, the lower lobe of which narrows and extends downwards, terminating in a spherical knop.
