POST MEDIEVAL BUCKLE
A copper alloy buckle dating to the Georgian period, c. 1720 to 1790. The buckle is rectangular in plan with a frame that has an oval section. The spindle runs the length of the buckle and has two integral tongues. The tongues are fused to the frame.
