Launching of a policlinic boat for New Guinea
Week number 58-47
In the presence of her husband, Dr. G. Rooyer, chairman of Simavi, Mrs. Rooyer christens the outpatient ship named after her husband at a shipyard in Zaandam, after which the ship is launched. The ship was donated by Simavi for medical work on the Radja Empad islands near New Guinea.
