EARLY MEDIEVAL PIN

A copper alloy pin dating from the first part of the Early Medieval period, 400 - 720 AD. The head is in the shape pentagon and is flat. It is decorated with a ring and dot on both faces, and the dot is pierced. Part of the pin shaft survives and is circular in section.
