Jemme (Gemma Frisius), Rainer
Rainer Jemme, better known as Rainer Gemma Frisius was a dutch astronomer and cartographer. He designed measunring instruments and published manuals for astronomical instruments. He described for the first time the method of triangulation, still used today in architectonical and topoghraphical surveying.
