Radio telegram from the ship Archipelago in Piraeus, in which the captain informs the ship owner K. Skinitis of the departure date of the ship from Ceuta. Ceuta is a town in the north coast of Africa, right across Gibraltar and it is in the Spanish State. The territories of Melilla and Ceuta are now the only European States' territories in Africa.
