This is the story of our maternal grandfather's little brother. Mobilized in December 1914 in the 24th Colonial Infantry Regiment. He was a peasant by profession and worked with his parents. Single. In 1915, he was wounded, hospitalized in the Marne. He died on May 11, 1917 in Laffaux after having fought on April 16, 1917 on the Chemin des Dames.
