C'est un lieu de rencontre, de partage et de socialisation. C'est un lieu où l'on rencontre des gens différents, où l'on observe la ville, où l'on joue... Chacun doit pouvoir s'y sentir en sécurité. Des espaces publics bien conçus contribuent à renforcer les liens entre les habitants et à faire vivre la démocratie.
