Immunoglobulin glycosylation in atopic children
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is considered one of modulators of immune response in atopic diseases, most often through interactions with Fcγ receptors (FcγR) on the surface of immune effector cells, and especially with the inhibitory receptor FcγRIIB.
