Static Water Supply, Lord Street
4th November 1941 View of water tank, brickperimeter walls, the bottom is being cemented. It was built on the corner of Lord Street and Whitehall Road. On the left is the back of the Church of St John the Baptist which was on Spence Lane. To the right, on the opposite corner of Lord Street is the Sir Robert Peel public house.
