Flower-holder
Tulpenvaas
Queen Mary, the wife of Stadtholder William III, commissioned De Grieksche A to make extraordinary ornaments like these flower-holders. Because of their complex design and large size, they were made in four sections: a pedestal, a vase and a two-part lid with spouts to hold individual blooms.
