Najželjeniji džemper u gradu

 
 

Zemlja u kojoj smo tada živeli zvala se Jugoslavija. Vreme dešavanja je početak 70-ih. Tada nije bilo posla za sve nas i povremeno su neki ljudi iz naše zemlje odlazili da rade u inostranstvu i mi smo ih zvali gastarbajteri.

Nikad nisam mislila da će neko iz moje porodice ići da radi u inostranstvo, ali porodica mog oca je bila zaista velika i 1974. godine je moj najmlađi stric otišao da radi na Island. Ideja je bila da ode na par godina, da zaradi novac za kuću i da se vrati. Međutim, naravno, ostao je mnogo duže.

Predmet koji sam donela je prvi njegov poklon koji je stigao u prvom paketu, koji je moj otac išao da sačeka na aerodromu u Puli. Tada su postojali redovni letovi vikendom na relaciji Rejkjavik-Pula.

U paketu je bio taj džemper koji je u tom momentu bio mom bratu veliki, a meni mali, ali smo ga oboje nosili naizmenično, a tada takvih džempera zaista nije bilo. Svi su nam nudili da se menjamo, sve je to nama deci bilo lepo i zanimljivo, ali kada se prvi put oparao, odneli smo džemper baki da ga zakrpi, baka je jako plakala.

Do tada smo to gledali dečjim očima, imamo strica na Islandu, šalje nam divne fotografije vulkana, bazena na otvorenom, glečera, ali u tom trenutku shvatamo da naša baka jako pati što je njeno najmlađe dete negde tako daleko.

On je tada radio u fabrici ribe, posle je prešao u fabriku nameštaja, sve do kraja 80-ih, kada je dobio dobar posao u Kolubari i tada se vratio.

Nažalost, ubrzo je počeo rat, sve se raspalo i mi smo ostali negde između, ali smo najželjeniji džemper u gradu sačuvali.
