Frans de Momper (17 October 1603-between 1660 and 1661), a Flemish landscape painter, who was a native of Antwerp, is inscribed in the ' Liggere' of the Guild of St. Luke in that city in 1629-30. He was the son of Joos de Momper. He died at Antwerp in 1660-61. There are by him in the Augsburg Gallery, 'St. Philip baptizing the Eunuch,' and a 'Rocky Scene,' in which the figures are by F. Francken and the animals by J. Brueghel.
