Respecting tradition and the old craft of pizza and pastry making
I was born in Bulgaria, but Italy was important for my education and professional development. I studied arts and later I was trained to become a “pizzaiolo”.
10 years ago, I moved to Romania where I have worked many years as a furniture designer. In 2017, I decided to open in Orastie a pizza and bakery shop named “Antica”, turning in this way my old hobby into a business.
