Wade Lane, No.41 Old Hall Hotel
1st April 1927. Old Hall Hotel, which was the only remaining portion of Wade Hall. Wade Hall had been built between 1630-40 for Thomas Jackson, named after benefactor Thomas Wade. In 1863 the Hall was partly demolished to build Kelsall Street, which is on the left. No.43 Wade Lane was a Milliners shop, business of Miss Elizabeth Redman.
