373 - Axe head
The tool has a massive body, gradually thinned and widened towards the curved cutting edge. The piece has a rectangular butt, and the lateral sides of the blade, near the eye, were widened in the shape of lugs. The axe is a carpentry-woodworking tool. Several different types were identified depending on their specialised uses - from cutting down and splitting trees to usual household works.
