Hungarian beards and mustaches for „No Shave November”
An interesting fact about the Hungarian beard and mustache: At the beginning of the 18th century Hungarian peasantry was forced to shave their facial hair because of a so-called beard penalty. It was only after 1848, after the abolition of birth privileges, that beard (Kossuth beard) became widespread among the nobility.
