Da die Chrysantheme (kiku 菊) der Form nach an einem gefüllten Knödel (manjū 饅頭) erinnert, wird sie „manjugiku“ genannt. Geschrieben wird dieses Motiv jedoch mit den Zeichen für „langes Leben (manju 万寿)…
