Friedrich Wilhelm Nippa born in Quicka (Masuren district of Johannisburg); died Jan 1945 in Havelberg (Brandenburg). He is the great-grandfather of the contestant. Nippa had not served, he was a farmer and his farm had been in the family for 300 years. After the Russian invasion of East Prussia, he was abducted during the occupation and became a prisoner of war in Sterlitamak, from which he wrote …
