„Hierosolymitana peregrinatio” is a latin version of the work „Peregrination to the Holy Land and Egypt”, probably made at the request of Tomas Treter. Mikołaj Krzysztof Radziwiłł (1549-1616) had written a diary of his nearly two-year-long trip to Palestine, Syria, Crete and many other Greek islands as well as Cyprus, the Italian Peninsula and Egypt a few years after completing the journey.
