Expansion of Proterorhinus marmoratus (Teleostei, Gobiidae into the River Moselle (Germany)

Following the opening of the Rhine-Main-Danube waterway in 1992 the invasive gobiid Proterorhinus marmoratus started colonizing the River Main and the River Rhine.
