Bronze dagger

Bronze dagger. The handle, cast in one piece, is fixed to the blade with rivets. Similar daggers were found at Ur and Kish (Mesopotamia) and at Takht-i-Khan in Luristan. Similar pieces are kept in museums all over the world, most of them appear to have come from Luristan as well. In general, the handle is decorated with series of buttons.
