Iron sword

During Iron Age III, iron was widely available and thus most swords were entirely made of iron. The shape of the grip and the attachment to the blade of this particular sword demonstrate its close relationship with other swords from the Iron Age. Identical bimetallic and iron swords were found in tombs at Tomadjan, Ghalekuti and Toul-e Gilan.
