Η φορεσιά της Κύμης (Κάτω Παναγιά) αποτελείται από το μαύρο πτυχωτό γυαλωμένο φουστάνι, την «ντούλα». Η φορεσιά αυτή καθιερώθηκε γύρω στο 1850 στην περιοχή και από την Κύμη διαδόθηκε στους γειτονικούς συνοικισμούς, έως και τη Σκύρο.
