The Anukramanis are the systematic indices of Vedic hymns, recording poetic meter, content, and traditions of authorship. Six Anukramanis of the Rigveda [Rgveda] are ascribed to Shaunaka - Anuvakanukramani, Arshanukramani, Chandonukramani, Devatanukramani, Padanukramani and Suktanukramani.
