Long flute from Somogy
SERIES TITLE: Our ethnographic values
The long flute of Somogy, which is mainly an instrument of shepherds, belongs to the family of the lip-whistled wind instruments. In Hungary, it was a typical folk music instrument in the southern part of Transdanubia (Tolna, Baranya, Somogy, Zala counties).
