Collar of a bridal costume

This collar (in China called yun jian = cloud collar) is part of a bridal costume and was worn over the coat (see RV-6206-1b). The collar, which has flaps decorated with embroidery, depicts the neck feathers of a Chinese phoenix. Attached to the collar are four long strips.
