Brown striped woolen men's overcoat
Striped djelleba in wool. This type of garment for men was worn in Morocco (but also elsewhere in the Maghreb) as an overgarment, over the coat or kaftan. The hood can be hung on the back or worn as a hat over the head. Women also wear similar djellabas but made of fine and transparent fabric (embroidered in various colours) and with a large, wide hood.
