Medal of St. Helena

Byzantine coin, oval and concave, with the image of Alexius I Comnenus (1081-1118), mounted on a silver frame with serrated edges on one side and with an engraving forming waves on the other and with a cord in the profile, used as an amulet against alferecía, convulsions and jealousy.
