Medal of St. Helena

Byzantine coin of Alexius III Angelus (1195-1203), concave, with two figures with headdress and centre or wand in both hands on obverse, and a haloed bust on reverse. It is mounted on a silver frame, serrated on the obverse and smooth on the reverse, with an applied cord in the profile and two fixed rings for suspension.
