POST MEDIEVAL THIMBLE

A cast copper alloy thimble from the post medieval period. It is 20.7mm high and has a diameter of 18.8mm. The walls are 1.6mm thick at the base. The thimble has a domed top and is decorated with very small sub-circular indentations that are probably punched. They are arranged in horizontal lines.
