POST MEDIEVAL BUCKLE

A double looped, trapezoidal buckle frame made of copper alloy, dating from the 17th century and similar to Whitehead 2003, no.516, p83. It is 48.5mm long , 26.1mm wide and 2.9mm thick. Weight 8.05gm. The loops are symmetrical and pentagonal with the outer ends sharply pointed.
