EARLY MEDIEVAL HARNESS FITTING

Incomplete late Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) to early Medieval cast copper alloy harness fitting, dating circa AD 1000 to 1150. The fitting is formed of a central bar with a loop at each end, one of which is now incomplete.
