A Roman copper alloy coin, probably an As, dating 1st-2nd century AD. The coin is so worn it is impossible to determine any detail, though the letter C possibly appears in the field on the reverse. Also, the edge of the coin is surprisingly flat, with most copper coins of this date having more rounded edges.
