MEDIEVAL HARNESS PENDANT
Medieval enamelled cast copper alloy harness pendant. Quatrefoil with suspension loop projecting from upper arch. Decorated with a central lion passant guardant with square border around, with a crude lis projecting from each edge on a background of red enamel. Slightly dished on the reverse. Length 32.07mm, width 23.03mm, thickness across loop 5.32mm, thickness across pendant 2.2mm, weight 4.45g.
