NOTODONTIDAE: Pheosia tremula (Clerck,1759): swallow prominent moth

This species of moth is quite common throughout Britain, and flies between May and July. In the south where it is warmer it has two broods per year. The larvae (Caterpillars) feed on poplar and sallow. - -
