Limestone ostracon bearing on one face five lines of hieratic in black with verse points in red, giving the date Year 5 month 3 peret day 1 and the full titulary of king Saptah, followed by remains of six more lines of hieratic in black with consecutive month and day dates. On the reverse face is a sketch of the judgement scene, with Thoth baboon on podium at right, stretching one arm to jackal head scales weighing hart against figure with outstretched arms, rough Amemet monster in front and at left a man in long robe, scribal palette in one hand, other held to upper forearm, drawn at larger scale with legs below baseline of judgement scene. In front of the figure of the robed man is a column of hieroglyphs. Surface on both sides uneven, beginning to splinter before writing already.
