Inflatable Toy, 1971 (around) (Ref:X.O49.2001.0.0)

One of the most popular and recognisable toy crazes of the 1970s was the Space Hopper. The purpose of this large, plastic, inflatable toy was to sit on it, hold onto the ears and bounce. Space Hoppers, also known as Hoppity Hops, Hop Balls and Kangaroo Balls, were first introduced to the UK in 1971.
