'The Stanton Arms', Bilsthorpe

'The Stanton Arms' public house on Mickledale Lane, Bilsthorpe. The pub's name stems from the Stanton Ironworks Company who acquired 6,000 acres of land at Bilsthorpe from Lord Savile after World War One in order to sink Bilsthorpe Colliery.
