Disused Winding Gear, Ashover

Parts of the disused winding gear used to operate the aerial ropeway at Fallgate, Ashover, Derbyshire. The ropeway was constructed in 1941 to connect Top Log Mine to the fluorspar processing plant at Fallgate, but only remained in use for 3-4 years.
