Georgian Houses, Friar Gate Conservation Area

Friar Gate was Derby's first Conservation Area. It was designated in September 1969, and extended several times, most recently in October 1987. The Conservation Area has many interesting buildings, over 100 of which are listed as Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
