The Guildhall and Market Place, Derby

The Guildhall was built in 1828 by Habershon, but was later remodelled after a fire in 1841-2 by Duesbury and Lee. They gave the guildhall its central tower and domical cap. A cabman's shelter and line of cabs can be seen in the foreground. Photographic copy of a postcard.
