Undated. View of Calverley old vicarage from a watercolour by Fred Swaine. The stone for this building was quarried at nearby Salter Garth Quarry. It was re-used when the new vicarage was built on the site in 1886. Fred Swaine was a local artist who lived in Calverley from 1858 until his death in 1942. Copyright Fred Swaine.
