Sketchbook of a tour in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire etc., p. 66: Poppett's, High Street, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire 1894

inscr. t.r.: "Chippen [sic] Campden." CRE MACKINTOSH, Charles Rennie; (Scottish; 1868-1928) Poppett's is a 14th-century house with a 17th-century facade, situated on the lower High Street. On the right Mackintosh has drawn copious details of the building's three chimneys and its ground-floor oriel window. At bottom left are details from the first-floor oriel. Mackintosh also made a study of the doorway at 53011/54.
