*Papilio hecabe* Linn. but looks like *Obronia* Lycaenidae.

India [from Fabricius, 1775, 472:125) This specimen is from William Hunter's collection which was utilised by Fabricius and Olivier in describing many new species. The collection contains types from other contemporary entomologists such as Drury.
These butterflies were seen and commented on by Harish Gaonkar in November 2003, as part of his research on Oriental/Austalasian butterflies.

There are many specimens all standing under this name in the cabinet, but not all are *hecabe*.
