*unident* is * Eurytela hiarbas hiarbas* Drury, 1782 det T.B. Larsen, 2009 possible type

[Sierra Leone] This specimen from William Hunter's collection is possibly part of the type series described by Drury. It was obtained from Henry Smeathman, author of 'Some account of the termites found in Africa and other hot climates' (Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, 1781). Smeathman, entomologist and collector, travelled to Sierra Leone in West Africa between 1771-1775 to collect specimens for Drury, Fothergill and Banks, many of which were subsequently figured in Drury's 'Illustrations ...' particularly volume 3.
They are not identified to species but have a printed cabinet label with 'Sm' in the corner indicating their origin.
