Little lemon with sugar 353_020

Comedy series written by Eli Asser. In total, 16 episodes were made, the first one of which was aired on 6 October 1972. The series is set in the Amsterdam bar 'De kip met gouden eieren' (The chicken with the golden eggs).

Citroentje met Suiker (Little lemon with sugar) is the follow-up to 'Schaep met de 5 pooten' (Sheep with 5 legs). Many actors from the latter series also appear in Citroentje met suiker, like Adèle Bloemendaal, Leen Jongewaard and Piet Römer. The series is produced by Dutch public broadcaster KRO in collaboration with Joop van den Ende Theatre Productions.

In the 1974/75 season the KRO airs new episodes of Citroentje met suiker. The story is now about a family that lives in the central Dutch region 'het Gooi' in a house called Durmazon. These episodes, directed by Bob Rooyens are not met with much entusiasm. Catalogue number: FTA001017353_020_con.. Old archive number: 73232
